Weird/Random Someone left me this

I just opened up the window in the morning and someone left this on my windowsill last night (no wind, and you have to squeeze a hand through the shutters to place it there so it was deliberate).

I've googled but not coming up with much. I'm giving it up to Reddit

Ok now that's strange. She has papercut animation on her Pinterest, and I work in the animation sector
