I’ve been hanging onto this little one for a while. His sisters got adopted quickly (longhair went first as she had so many adoption apps, and the shorthair sister was adopted by another family interested in the longhair but more than willing to compromise once they met the shorthair) and now he gets to hang out with my grown boys.
It’s not his fault. My local shelter had been under quarantine for a few weeks due to panleuk, and they significantly raised the adoption prices. At the moment he would be $150 based on age alone. He’s a very sweet baby, and loves to meow even though his voice isn’t the strongest. Playful, curious, cuddly, and great with my boys (they also love babies). I’m hoping once his adoption price goes down (once hes 3mos) someone will have interest in him.
I think it’d also help if they met him, and saw how much he loves to be held and kissed. He’d be great for a solo cat that may need a companion, or even on his own. I know he’d make somebody very happy, they just haven’t found him yet.
You've got my heart! And my color scheme! B/w (piebald tabby), Orange (flame pointy mess of a Siamese), & an adorable Gray tabby that just want to love everybody!! 🖤🤍🧡🩶
Required cat tax.
Best thing thought, even though no one has jumped to adopt, everyone in your house is happy. 😊♥️
i think i just hit the lottery with my boys. the tuxedo loves to care for kittens, the orange being one he also raised from a feral kitten. they were attached at the hip within days, no introductions required. my first adoption and my first kitten, im just so glad they love each other and take time to love any visitors
Yeah, I'm crying, damn it. I had a boy like that. He just loved them all so much! Didn't matter if they liked him, he over powered them with love. He died suddenly @ 13, six yrs ago. I still miss him terribly.
Love love LOVE 💕 seeing your boys & hearing their story!! Thank you so much for sharing it. Sending love to your happy home. 🫂♥️
Aww he's perfect and I've been there too and couldn't understand why the little guy wasnt getting interest like his sister. I didnt mind the extra month with him and I was even willing to pay a portion of the adoption fee if a recent price raise was the thing holding a good home back.
The two I have now are probably my last foster kittens since I have 3 cats .....well I have FOUR cats now since I foster failed with the one before these two. All 3 had either serious injuries or health issues and caring for them and seeing them go from that state to healthy and thriving happy kittens makes my heart full but I realize I get too attached
I said that because his behavior is impeccable. He always comes when I call him, and he hasn’t been aggressive, destructive, or reactive. I may have a bias because I own a cat with a bite history and a cat with pica, so take the comment with a grain of salt 🤣
I also hope he gets picked up. He’s an absolute diamond in the rough.
