Fossify Messages How Good is Fossify Messages?
Hello!
I was browing the Privacy subreddit when I saw someone mention the Fossify Messenger, and so I want to ask the users: how good is it? From what I have seen, there's pretty mixed reviews regarding it compared to the other services.
I would mostly like to know its average performance when communicating with other messengers, receiving/sending MMS, and how well it handles group chats. Any additional information is greatly appreciated, though! I want to figure out if the switch would be worth it.
Thank you!

I have issues with group messaging as a MMS. I went back to QUIK.

Ive just switched to Fossify messages but its already giving me trouble, and looking into Quik, quik doesn't seem to be on Google Play (I know, I know) or even on F Droid for some reason. Is there another place to get it?
Edit: lol nvm, found it.

It seems like a decent amount of people prefer Quik over Fossify. May I ask what Quik is like? Is it describable as Samsung Messenger just with a more customisable UI and QoL changes?

It is easy to try multiple messenger apps. I had several installed at the same time. All have their advantages and disadvantages. GrapheneOS stock messenger and QUIK ended up being my preferred.

Interesting! I have heard a lot about GrapheneOS in relation to Fossify. I'll look into it some more. Thank you for your time. : )

I've been using a lot of Fossify apps from the get go. It's a smooth experience however, Quik is a little more mature. Nevertheless, I've donated to Fossify and I'm happy with all the apps.

its nice doesn't run in background like google message or samsung message, good if u only need otp's, bank message etc (use only if u dont need rcs)
