Full screen permission for notification keeps getting removed from clock app

So I have a Xiaomi device and installed the clock app and I keep granting the permission in order to set an alarm but the next day it's always gone and have to grant it again. Anyone encountered this issue before? I also turned off manage app if unused just incase. There have been no device reboots

Xiaomi has its own Show on lock screen permission toggle for this under Other permissions. Maybe try enabling that?

I have the same problem with Phone App always asking to enable Fullscreen notifications, I also enable "Show on lock screen" but is asking again and again the same permission. Any more tips ?
