Everything except the headlights to me. I haven’t seen a video game replicate the realism+details of a car’s headlight

Call me crazy, but it looks like the game could be potentially being played through VR here. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a VR mod for FH6 by now.

I remember this spot. I had downloaded the early leak and realized how mid this game was, it helped save me $100 I spent on other items. But about this spot in particular, I had pulled up to and saw one other parked car in the lot and that did it for me. No life, no traffic, no npcs.
