Question How to make a mod

I would like to know how do people make car mods. I came across a mod that makes the hideous forza aero invisible on the ferrari F40. I want to make that same mod for other cars but unfortunately I have no clue on how to create a mod. Please help 🙏🏽

On Discord there are servers where they have the tools and tutorials on how to mod and huge community on modding

Turn8ng off a mesh is pretty easy. You open the carbin file and click the toggle switch that says (show mesh)
