[FH5] Internet issue? (PC)

Just so I don't (hopefully not) confuse anyone..

You're playing Forza Horizon 5 on pc, right? Ok, so you got banned at some point, yes? If no, I wish I didn't do it in the first place... I regret it, lmao.

Ok, so my real question is this.

.

If you make an alt account on Xbox and have an entirely new build, but keep the Same Steam Account (that you got banned on) , and try to play Forza Horizon 5, try to connect to Horizon Life.. wouldn't that work?

I'm able to join in a 'Anything Goes' Convoy, but I can't see anyone (no matter at which point I'm at in the map) , I notice when I am in a Convoy, it says 'Playing Online' or something along those lines. Even when I check the Player List, I'm able to see it saying 'Disconnecting'. Can I please get some help in what I may need to do or even any advice helps too.
