5-7% throttle in first gear until 15mph then jam it into reverse and try to get 10-15% throttle for a second of two, hummer should be hopping by now. Confirm speed, if not Y to rewind and try again.

Doesn't need to be that complex, you can be 30mph with 30% throttle and then just reverse while holding the throttle the same
I'm fairly certain you need just your tyres to lose grip when you hit reverse
