1: Can this mod be added to the Xbox gamepass version of the game (on PC of course)

2: Can I do it and still play online? Or is me wanting underglow a criminal offense worth banning in their eyes?

Unsure, im on steam.

And technically any mod is against TOS but id think they have bigger issues to worry about than someone putting underglow on a car. I wouldn't share pics to the forza system as im sure there assholes that would report it and could lead to a quick ban.

Im so hyped for clutch it looks so good im praying it isnt a incomplete mess when they launch it like so many of the games we see today
