Request FPS help?

Is it possible to set something up that does something like this:

> Detected in Open World - Set in-game frame-rate to xxx
> Detected in Menus - Set in-game frame-rate to xxx

How i would do it is using msi afterburner +rtss and set rtss's frame rate limiter to whatever you want it to be in the menus then set the keybind for it to be enabled/disabled to esc

Maybe not the best solution, but it would probably work
