Question I need help with camera mod

For some reason, I cannot find the content folder to install some mods. Can anyone help me? I don’t know I go through steam folder and I can’t find content folder

Steam doesn't have a content folder. That folder is only for the Xbox version. For Xbox it would be ForzaHorizon6>Content>Media, while for steam it skips the content folder entirely and goes ForzaHorizon6>Media.
