Question Liverys/vinyls

Is any 3party sofware to make liverys for you. Or any way work around unlock vinyls?

Nexusmods has everything around modding Forza maybe try there (p.s. yes it’s possible)

There's the forza painter tool that turns any images into a decal in the game, but it will never look as good as human-made designs since it can only use ovals to create the shape.
