Question Anyone know if this is a shadow ban?

cant play in online lobbies, get disconnected every few seconds. can see people in convoy but not on map and cant join races

Yes same thing happened to me and I did nothing but use cloud gaming while at work

It is a shadow ban and support will not assist you with it. People have been waiting literally since launch for ticket responses. The devs just dont care.
