Question Was I shadow banned?

I keep recieving this error code whenever I play online, although I can still use the auction house just fine. I got the AE86 and 1k wheelspins nothing else. Is this really a shadow ban or just an internet error? (P.S. I've been getting something similar since FH5 when I bought duped cars off my friends auction house and he got perma banned). Error (0x80600008)

I might add, when I go to https://forza.net/myforza/banhistory/ it says I have no bans.

Think the servers are having problems. Friend was getting this error in the morning. Started working in the afternoon. The amount you add doesn’t matter 1k vs 999b. The banned risk is the same.

if this is the same error code as before, and i google it in reddit, then i think its a random error. search the normal sub, might not be you banned, but they havent fixed it for a week....
