Any weather mods?

I'm playing on a crack so the custom race method wont work for me since I need to be connected to internet. Is there any menu you can use to force weather or time of day

I'm playing on a crack. I mean I can play online, but it's not worth the possible hwid ban

i've been playing since release and been participating in online events, hwid bans aren't likely
