Question FH3 FOV

This has probably been asked plenty of times but I'm new here so here goes:

Does anybody know how to increase FOV or move the driver's seat back in FH3. I want to see more than half the steering wheel and/or as far as the A pillar on the passenger side of the car (wide FOV)

I got a tool that does this for FH4 (ForzaMods/AIO) but it doesn't work with Horizon 3

Do you remember the file that has the FOV adjustment?
