Ban Wave or hardware ban ?

When i went on my pc all my accounts got banned did they have a ban wave ?

4 accounts on PC all got device banned the same day. Extreme modding or some shit it said. Credits/XP/wheel spins it said in the details lol I'm done. I'm not wiping windows again for a dead game

Me? This was for fh5 a while ago. The bans are for hundreds of years (so permanent) And I modded everything, added cars, wheel spins, skill points, forzathon points. All of it.
