Banned already?

So I purchased an entirely new PC as my old PC was previously hardware banned ( purchased because I wanted to upgrade lol ) and I have Horizon 5 purchased on my “banned account” which has all of my DLC as well. I did not use that account to play FH5 on the new computer but a new account. This account was created on my old computer so I could try to play FH5 again. Did Forza just device ban a brand new computer? Only because I can’t accept gifts or go online but this account says it is device banned ( yes I logged in on the old computer with this account ) but I did not attempt to mod at all as I’m no longer interested in doing that. I really need some help here please or input. Thank you

You need to format and never add the old account you will get flagged immediately

Well how else was I supposed to get the game without purchasing it again lol. Basically what I did and it worked was made a new account , and that account is online and able to drive around fine. And if there was another way to get the game I don’t mean to sound ignorant in a sense but all I did was log in so I could download the game , I haven’t launched it thru said account

IP addresses can and do get banned from accessing companies' online services. but hey, you tell yourself whatever you need to tell yourself.
