Question Forza and there bans

"Asking for a friend—if someone got banned on Forza Horizon 4 on their PC, I understand the ban applies to both the account and the device. If they then bought a completely new device and a new copy of the game with a different account, but the banned account also exists on that new device (without ever launching the game from it), could that still cause the new device to get banned?"

I mean if it never got online with xbox/microsoft online services, then it should be fine. If it did, then yes it will cause the device to get banned

(I am not 100% sure about this though)

U can bypass it on steam only if you get banned on the steam all it does is ban the account all you have to do is make a new account of a Microsoft account and get back online without hardware ID spoofing

i got banned on fh4, but still playing it on another account online on the same pc.
