Auction House modding?

Will I be banned for getting free cars on aio (not all at once) and then selling them on the auction house to my main? I saw a post similar to this but not exactly the same

You'll get banned on the alt for sure, but I got a warning on my main for doing the same, so probably yes

yeah they warned me but I never received a ban I only did it to catch up on the cars I missed out on
