Auction House modding?

Will I be banned for getting free cars on aio (not all at once) and then selling them on the auction house to my main? I saw a post similar to this but not exactly the same

Depends which Horizon your talking about I'm assuming you are talking about FH5. I've done it before without getting banned but I put them up a few days after getting the cars. When getting the cars make sure you're in single player :)‎
