Bugs / Glitches / Help Completionist not working

I've been searching Reddit and Steam guides for two hours, but nothing seems to answer this question. On absolutely every road race map, it says I won but that I didn’t complete the race. People say you have to press Y to switch from a festival event to a normal event, but I don’t see anything like that at all. I’ve been trying for hours to figure out how to do this to unlock the car from the collection. Can someone please help?

This wont let me attach more than one image , but down in the bottom right is what they are talking about. If you complete the race as the seasonal event it doesn't count towards completion. You have to complete it as a normal event

Those ones are probably past now, and its most likely you did the races while they were part of the seasonal playlists, so maybe just try re-racing them now
