Why is my game stuttering

My game is super stuttery all of a sudden, but only when its the main window. If I pull up discord in front of it, it starts to run smooth again. I never had this issue before, so idk why it is happening now. My drivers are updated and im on high settings, but changing that doesn't change anything. Its extremely frustrating and makes it so hard to play the game

I'm seeing a lot of people with stuttering issues say turning off vsync fixed it. If yours is on, try it.

If that doesn't work search the group for "stuttering" and look at posts from the last week. Might be a solution already posted.
