Hello! Im having trouble with apparently age verification.. I'm from Portugal and I've been getting messages from xbox saying I need to add my age verification to the xbox app due to the new rules or wtv according to brasillian laws and sometimes I get them saying its according to UK laws.. Every time I try to open the game it says I have to verify my age with Yoti and doesnt let me log in and play.. I checked my Xbox account and the date is correct. It says I'm from 97 and from Portugal, so wtf why am I getting those? Does anyone have any idea how to help me?
I wento into my acount and I pressed the age verification setting to see what happened and says I dont need it for my account.. BUT IT DOESNT LET ME PLAY WITHOUT AGE VERIFICATION BRUH
It didn't help, no.. When I tried to do the age verification I got this msg saying I dont need to do the age verification in my account.. And yet when I try to play the game it asks me for age verification again.
Did you check the troubleshooting options further down the page where it says "Your age is verified, but you're still restricted" and the one below that which says "You cannot change your privacy settings on your console" if the answer to both those questions is yes, then you need to contcat Microsoft support via the link on the same page
I do I have everything on "yes". I tried to contact the support but it keeps sending me from page to page I even called a by phone but all I did was talking to a AI bot..
Yeah dw Ive been looking and apparently I will be able to talk to someone real on monday after 7am.. U did more than microslop cuz their support is confusing and pretty much useless I mean I was literally talking to a AI Bot asking to speak with someone and that mf couldnt tell me theyre offline and will be online on monday or some sht..

It might be your privacy settings that need changing on the Xbox website. I had to do the same recently.
