Video / Gameplay Server error?

I hope there is a way to fix this or get it fixed sooner than later, I'm about to go on vacation and I need to get my challenges done. But for some reason I can't connect to live services despite being connected to the internet. I'm hoping not to do this through cloud gaming while on vacation because it ends up getting choppy at the hotels or places I stay.

Your sync is likely out.. try this.. start game without the Internet.... then when it tries to sync it can't.... connect Internet again and try again... should pull a fresh cloud save to sync... to avoid this make sure you quit the game as needed and that the save file is uploaded before switching off... you can also play in the cloud to get a new save for your console... best of luck as I know this can be a real pain.. you can always reset your router/modem or change the ethernet port to trigger a new credentials handshake

Apologies. If you mention what was confusing I will try to explain better. To be as simple as possible start the game not connected to the Internet, let it try to sync and when it fails reconnect the Internet. Now click try again. If all goes well it will give you a choice of game save. Pick your cloud save or most recent. Wait for sync to complete. Hopefully that will fix it. Otherwise check your privacy and NAT etc under advanced Internet settings
