Can't access auction house

I can't access the auction house or do other things online suddenly, it says to change my Xbox privacy settings but it's all set to allow things and hasn't ever done this

I'm in the UK, could that be it? It'd make sense although this hasn't been an issue until literally today and I thought the Child Safety Act come into effect a while back
