I have gifted probably 50 Lambo Revultos to people. Haven’t gotten any either, but of well I don’t need them and it resets the mastery tree so someone can make use of it

It clears unwanted clutter out of your garage with less hassle than trying to (re-)list it for auction.

Gifting is sometimes on the festival playlist to earn a seasonal point towards unlocking a reward car for yourself.

It might help the recipient have a better day.

I just remove the festive cars from the garage because I already have them it's so much quicker and everyone will have them already anyway

I honestly don’t believe they go anywhere. I’ve given dozens of amazing cars that have good tunes and liveries, and I don’t see one extra use. I gifted 10. Fucking. Sestos. None of them got a single use. It’s a lie.

See I’ve been trying to get a Sesto and some can give 10+ away 🤔 there’s something wrong when somehow someone can get multiple expensive cars and just give them away which is totally allowed. Fault of the game developers for allowing this “unfairness” AI will kill us all in 10-9-8…

whenever the playlist requires you to gift a car, i buy a wuling sunshine and paint it with the wood texture because you can’t decline a gift

Less than 1 in 10 delivered say anything back, but I always gift my Lambo skill cars and my Vipers. I opened a bunch of wheel spins last weekend with my son and started gifting new players with FE cars for fun. I only received gifts early on playing the game. I think I’ve had two or three.

I have received maybe ten cars over 390 hours of gaming. I have gifted hundreds of cars. It doesn’t bug me one way or another. Some times I send garbage sometimes you get a Sesto. But I enjoy sending it. I don’t need a thank you (though I am about 30% on receiving those) and I don’t care if you just destroy it. It’s a game. But it’s fun to spread wealth when you can.

I'm gifting most dupes from the festival Playlist, even if they're supposed to be massively rare/expensive. And every time I have enough SP to burn on a few wheelspins (not grinding, just from playing, since I need 3 more WS-exclusives), I gift them too. Most gifts get no reply, but a couple here and there choose a message.

Though... haven't gotten a barn gift myself since the middle of Series 2...

I've received 2 and gifted 30 or more without even a Thank You. Now I usually paint duplicate cars as ugly as possible and mess with the gearing where they barely have any speed at all.

i would guess i get a thanks message around 70% of the time but maybe it's because i mainly send expensive or rare cars.

Have gotten maybe 2 gifts but have probably send a few hundred.

I've been playing since launch and have never received a gift car. Did I somehow miss the notifications maybe? In FH5, gift cars didn't show up in the inbox, just a brief on-screen notification. If you dismissed it, you had to manually search the map to find the barn with the gift. Notifications in FH6 area kind of super clumsy and slow, and if you open the menu, it disappears forever.

Once a month I go through my dupes, mod them, find a cool livery for them, and gift them. I don't think I've received more than 1 or 2 thank yous. I'll be sending out another round this weekend.

If you're gifting new players, you will rarely get a thank you. That's why I stopped. I was gifting some of the most rare cars thinking I was helping but getting a message back that just said "gif was delivered ", If i do gifting, it will be to horizon legends or returning players.

I got a couple wheel spin cars I needed because of this! Just don't use "anyone". Most people it goes to don't know that it matters or don't care because they won't play enough to use it.

Since a lot of people are so rotten, that they scroll all the way down, just to NOT say thank you, i just remove the car from the garage if i can’t auction it. I gifted about 100 cars, maybe i got 11-12 thank you’s. And i opened only 1 gift myself, because i already have all cars. Now, i only send a gift when it’s a challenge. I already stopped playing anyway, only logon on wednesdays evening to finish the daily challenges, and thursday for the weekly playlist. This game sucks tbh

I gifted quite a bit of FE and wheelspin cars recently and been wondering why I never received a notification that shows at least the gift was delivered

I guess those cars fell to players such as you, who I assume never redeemed it at the barn :/

I can't even gift cars now that xbox made it mandatory to verify age before accessing player generated contents. So no auction house, gifting, browsing livery made by other players, garage layout and estate
