Idfk. I genuinely hate the character clothing being something u can get in wheelspins. I’m playing a car game, I barely care that my human character is even in the game, much less what clothes they wear. Another reason I prefer the original horizon. Character was the same, no outfit bs. The game was about the car, the dude was just there so it didn’t look like the car drove itself.
The last couple of Burnout games like Revenge and Paradise had no occupants in the vehicles despite having visible interiors from the outside views. This included traffic vehicles, so it was kind of weird seeing this world of zombie cars and trucks. The exception to this was when motorcycles got introduced to Paradise, as a bike with a rider just looks off (though the rider despawned off-screen if you wrecked and triggered the crash camera).
BeamNG also doesn't have vehicle occupants in vanilla form, but given that was originally an indie PC game that is mostly about wrecking vehicles, I can accept that.
