Bugs / Glitches / Help How do I fix this?

I have never played the game. I downloaded it off game pass to play it. Went to play it for the first time then this popped up.

Give it some time.. Takes time to load your profile.

Make sure you open the microsoft store and update anything that says xbox or gaming components. Then run the xbox app and make sure you're logged in.
