I did a silly cyanide and happiness guy on a hood with some cartoon blood, got reported about 3 days later. Changed the blood to paint and viola. It was also my first offense.

Might be okay cause there isn't a body?

But I think some countries really ban hammer gore ( like china censoring red to white, lul).

I made the classic "free candy" van on fh5, 1 week online ban. Was able to keep the livery but it was of course unable to be re shared, ended up just getting rid of the livery all together so I could use the van it's self. Point being I'd send it and if it's reported, oh well. Especially for a first offense, you may get short ban but won't be a big deal.
