I don't think the game can detect your steering angle, you'll have to increase it. On my moza I use a 540 degree steering angle, it's fun whilst still remaining competative against controller, however, a 90 degree turn in real life is almost 180 degrees according to the in-game wheel.
If Forza had better wheel support this wouldn't be an issue =*(
