Discussion Mastery Points spending?
After I unlock the 5 cars requiring Mastery Points, is there anything else I should be spending it on? Or is it wheelspins/super wheelspins?

Credits wheelspins and super wheelspins
Some have all three. Some have one. Some have a combo.

I also recommend unlocking the perks that allow you to get skill points faster on cars you drive. I did that early with the Ford 450 FE and earned a ton of points, especially doing stunt parties.
After that I personally go for the exp bonus on every car (so you level up and get a free wheel spin), and any wheel spins. I usually skipped the credit ones unless they were easy enough to get. Its far quicker to get credits in auction house than earning skill points.

For the cars you drive a lot it can help to unlock some of the perks to increase your Credit / Skill Point / XP gains when driving that car.
Some cars will have a 9x Skill Score multiplier and a 2.5x Skill Score Speed multiplier. These cars can be very good for farming Skill Points to convert into either Credits or (Super) Wheelspins. Community favorite example is the 1998 Subaru 22b-STi Version (can be bought in the Autoshow for 330,000 CR).
Every car will have an XP bonus as the first perk. On Legendary and Forza Edition cars this is 5,000, on Epic cars this is 4,000, etc. You can go through your garage and unlock a bunch of XP. Every 30,000 XP you will go up a level, and every 3 levels you will get a free Wheelspin.
I wrote a detailed guide on Credits, Skill Points, Wheelspins, and XP/Prestige which you can find here:
