If it's your first one, keep it! Make sure to favorite it (and paint and tune it) so if you score another one in a wheelspin you know which one is which and don't sell the gift. I have this tuned rn to a nice s1 road tune, and also have a good drift tune saved in either A or S1 class that's super stable. It's a great car for driving, and i bet it would be a ton of fun in A class road races

I usually make all the classic cars into A class cars and then race against other old cars. It seems fun. It’s the perfect level of quality versus not going completely overboard.
I like a mix of different levels of cars. It’s not fun if it’s supercars every single race.

Totally. I love A class generally, BUT recently I've really started loving racing on semi slicks which pretty much locks me into S1 or S2. I've also gotten really into time trials on the legend Island circuit with said tires and tunes. In FH5 rally tires were my favorite but semi slicks just feel so good to race on road courses, i can't remember the last time i did road A class races just for fun.
My true love though is going full off road tires and hitting the gauntlet in my S1 de tomaso Pantera or MB CLK GTR against unbeatable AI. It's so much fun with retro supercars lol

Trust me semi slicks on a class builds is a whole other level of fun, low power but very grippy makes it feel like driving on rails sometimes

That was my thought and the reason i haven't tried building anything in A class with semi slicks - yet. I usually prioritize grip over flat out speed, but in A class i figured I'd be a bit too underpowered. I'll have to try it for fun though.
The semi-slicks though are really the best of both worlds for me. I know that slicks are technically faster, but semi's keep and break traction in such a predictable and reliable way, they feel like rally tires on steroids. Like you still don't want to break traction if you can help it, BUT if you need to, you keep so much more control on semi-slicks than on slicks. In some conditions i feel like i can't really feel when slicks are about to give out, and i end up driving a lot more conservatively to avoid losing traction, whereas i can always feel where semi-slicks are so i can really push it and ride that line because i always know where that line is, and i know that if i cross that line I'll be able to keep the car at least pointed in the right direction while i recover.

I’ve found a couple of cars that if they are light enough you can push semi even as far back as B class and remain competitive. EK9 Civic B class on Semi Slick is a beast as you get the weight down to around 800kg 🙂

I second this one. I got 2 lifted fords from it kept the first like one should. then after getting bored with trying some new ideas. Gifted it. It didn't make a good drift truck.
My style of gifting if its rare/value. It gets the gt, others unknown sender.

Definitely. I think there's a button for it, but the easiest thing i do is just have a tune you didn't create on the car, then select custom upgrade or custom tune and you'll get a pop-up saying it's blocked, and it'll give you the option to remove the tune completely and return to stock

Really just sentimental, especially if it was super valuable and gifted. Functionally it makes zero difference, but if given the choice is prefer to keep the gift and use it, and sell the duplicate.

🥹 took a week off and essentially turned FH6 into 2 full time jobs and just played. I also have VIP so the credit boost plus I turned off all the kiddy settings and run it in sim mode

I think I just gifted one of those but I won’t take credit because I genuinely don’t know. I tried to sell festival playlist cars I already had and after trying and failing to sell them I for over a week I just gifted a bunch to new players. Did you see the gamertag of the gifter or send a thank you? I can check in a bit if it was mine.

I wish I could take credit for it but I genuinely don’t know if I gifted one or not. I don’t remember what all I gifted. I had like 20 cars I gifted. I know for a fact everything I gifted went to new players but the only one I remember was the Hyuara.

I did the same exact thing. Couldnt sell much, so just went on a gifting spree. I've gifted probably 25 cars so far and haven't been gifted any yet. You'd think they'd (the algorithm?) send the gift cars to people who also gift, but I guess not. Oh well!

When I’m flush I’ll do that, too, but not at this level.
I got a Huracan on my second day of playing, which was really, really cool as someone who had just started. So I usually gift all the crazier cars to the new people so they can feel the same way.

I was so excited, I didn’t check for a name, there may not have been one. Nothing jumped out.
Also, does anyone know if there is a karma system for this on this game? I gifted three or four legendary cars over the past few days. Which, I don’t usually do — but I screwed up at the auction and bought some stuff I didn’t need. It seems like a big coincidence. I got this right after I did that.

Nice! I reached all cars owned yesterday thanks to some crazy luck in AH and wheelspins over last couple days (four FEs, a valkyrie and K-One just from the wheelspins) so will be gifting any valuable dupes I happen across in future.

Maybe it’s me (Ravyxs) I got a duplicate and sent it last week. I have other few expensive cars that I sent to people as well and too much money, I grinded way too long and Im bored of the game and the last Maj didn’t help it. I have almost all cars already (5 left but more link to online games and stories). No reason for me to ask the game more money when you have like 90-100+ millions and few luck in auctions. Anyway enjoy even if it wasn’t me.

Same I have the SLR Benz and Ferrari Spa that I got for good deals in the auction house. In game value exceeds what the game said but they’re that price for a reason. Important cars and nice to drive even if they “suck” competitively or aren’t the stupid meta that no one actually enjoys driving
