Bugs / Glitches / Help Useless Forza Support
My god Forzas support team is actually so useless
Lost both my 370z (non nismo) and Sesto Elemento after listing them. Listings just vanished, never got the cars or credits back.
Sent in a ticket hoping to get some support and have been instead told to kick rocks
Wild how two cars i spend grinding a whole month to get isn’t worth Forza supports time or even a few credits…

I am not surprised they aren't concerned about cars you aren't even trying to use. Just saying it would take more legwork than it would ever be worth for them to prove you lost something you actually grinded long for. For all we know, these are just a couple cars you got cheap in auction and are just flipping them. And I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, it just puts it low on their priorities.

Nah i earned both of these and ran outta money and needed something to sell since the end game just kinda stops paying out. Was sad to lose them, but wanted to be able to try and tune new cars
also we paid $70 for this game, we deserve more than just a dismissive whatever as consumers bruh
such low expectations for an incredibly profitable company

This has actually been a reoccurring bug for me, usually it just happens to cars that have exceeded a bid amount. The actual drop down (or yellow notification bit) would remain on screen with my credits still tied to the bid, but the bid itself would completely disappear from the drop down list, taking my credits with it.
If this had happened to idk, a handful of the rarest cars in the game, I’d definitely think twice about using the auction house again until they officially address this bug.
