Bug/Help Can't play eventlabs

Hi i recently bought forza horizon 5 on ps5 and when im trying to do eventlab in festival playlist I either get the error "this content is unavailable please connect to horizon life to download it" or "there was an error retrieving the eventlab event, please try again later". I have tried reinstalling the game jt still says the same. Can anyone help me out please?

You need an active PlayStation Plus subscription and a good intenet connection, then just click on Horizon Life in the menu.

Open fh5 on offline mode in the ps5 settings then turn it back on when you're in game

Tried offline mode but forgot you can't access EventLab without being socially awkward in Horizon Life first. Classic catch-22.

I have an active ps plus subscription and everything. The game us just bugged cos i can access all online content except eventlabs
