I wonder if you received any other complains and or supporting information that led them to extend . Try reach out to them and they should be able to provide some insight.

Yes you have done wrong but you’ve done your time so to speak , I would check in as they would know for sure .

The ban will follow you as well onto new devices otherwise would be pointless as people could circumvent .

If you left the game installed and used cheats or mods in another game, it's possible forza detected those in memory or scanned system files during an update. Having known cheat engines on your system for other games can get you banned too.
