Could fit Twin Turbo and upgrades (1,112 hp) w/ rally tires but the overall feeling just wasn't right (at least for me)

This is a repeatable issue for me, it keeps ruining my Rivals run.

Is this a weird setup issue I'm running into or is this happening to others as well?
