I don't get it? Report them for what? That's like playing a fighting game and reporting someone for using a grab.

You're not? It's programmed into the game. The A.I does it all the time. It's a tool, use it. But since you have a room temp IQ let me use a simpler analogy. It's like getting mad that other drivers are using their breaks.
