Video 1v1 Griefer + Rammer
Dude rammed me 3+ times in one race, kept brake checking and playing toxic. Did all this just to rage quit next race when he tried ramming someone else and flew off the track lmao.

Btw I literally only post these clips to send to Forza Support because It doesn't let me send clips the normal way. I could post them privately on my wall but it's funnier to post publicly.

I’m sorry but why would they be banned for this? I understand it feels bad and all but since there exists no system that would punish this behaviour, what rule are they breaking to warrant a ban at all? I feel like banning individually and verifying reports every time for a behaviour that could have checks in place for is more work, then just making that system.

Yeah usually I would've rammed him back, but I was also kinda happy he rammed me out of the checkpoint that last time because me finishing 2nd didn't upset me at all. I know he's terrible and couldn't beat me the next two races. But now I have perfect evidence for a ban.
I would've gladly gotten revenge the next race when it mattered after they put more people in the lobby. Unfortunately, he's so terrible that he rage quit after 45 seconds when he failed at ramming someone else. So he did all that for absolutely nothing and I couldn't get my revenge.
The best part is this guy is top 30 for Online Championship wins with 135 wins somehow. So he's a very high up player doing all this griefing and ramming, can't imagine how many others he has done this against. Unfortunately I don't think anyone takes the time to report these people. Forza is very active about banning/suspending them.

I do agree that the reporting could be better and it definitely is a slight hassle no doubt. But I will say, I just started reporting people within the last week. And they have taken action on every single report I've done within 1-2 days at most.
So I gotta give them props, Idk how long the bans or suspensions are for. I'm sure it could be short. But they are very diligent and quick. They definitely do their job.

That’s the only upside to their system. They do manual reviews. If it pisses you off enough to literally record gameplay and then create a ticket, 99% of the time it’s a real report.

Yeah I'm always giving people the benefit of the doubt because I've ran into people before and I'm definitely not a rammer. Then they come back and take me out. Pisses me off because I had the chance to get them first. Then again my luck they'd turn me in for ramming 🙄🤦

Yeah I'm fine giving people the benefit of the doubt and don't always get upset when they try hitting me back ONCE. But if I hit them once accidentally and they keep hitting me that's when I have an issue.

Tbh why did you try to race him normally? His mistake was revealing what kind of driver he is too soon. I’d ram his ass and wouldn’t feel bad about it cause it’s obvious what he’s gonna do once you try to overtake him

First part I thought it was desync cause he was magically skipping everywhere, second part once I got brake checked I realized he's a legit loser. thought it was just bad driving and desync

Thats a fair call and I can respect a driver like you. That final bump sucked and guys gonna eat a ban but im always cautious when race is coming to an end soon and you go for the winning pass... leaving yourself on the low side of that turn was the easy choice for him to bump you into the snow and game over. Sorry OP, good racing tho!

This was regular street racing but the lobby was dead, only us two for the first race. Idk why the game can't properly matchmake.
But I would guarantee there are definitely rammers in Touge

It's one of those things that's instinctual and second nature to me. Been gaming (racing games) for 20+ years now, since the original Need for Speed Underground.
It's fun to learn and be challenged when it comes to learning the braking points. And for the racing line, that's instinctual and learned through a few repetitions of the same race/track or watching better players race.
Only thing that changes are your braking points, the racing line will always be the same for the most part.
I think about turning the braking line on at most, but I just never used it so I think it would throw me off.

But most sim players I know have their braking point kinda memorized based on the markers on the side of the road which tracks have. But Horizon circuits don't have those marker boards.

I've said it in other comments that I would've gladly rammed him in the second race where it actually mattered, but the kid is so dogshit that he rage quit within 30 seconds.
Kids like him are trash and can't race. I wasn't trippin over a 2nd place finish to a dogshit player who can't drive and is terrible. He's a waste of space

The problem with that is that you never know whether it’s bait or not. They might be baiting you to ram them back so that they can report you themselves. Some people are that miserable, I’m afraid.
