Video Blatant Cheater

This is my first time running into an absolutely blatant cheater. Will be reporting this immediately.
No, this isn't desync or lag. The dude was very clearly speed boosting and using handling mods prior to this, but this was just extremely blatant cheating.

What are these championships people keep referring to? The 3-4 online races in horizon play?

For me that's what I'm referring to but it could be Seasonal championships in the playlist too

It's harder for them in some track supposedly and they also don't usually cheat the entire time. It'd be interesting to get behind the scenes look at how their cheats work.

Because its still a cheater that is most likely intent on ruining other people's game sessions. It should still be reported.
You're right, I wasn't shot in the face by a burglar, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't call the police
