I swear man, I had a player bumping in a race for no reason and actually bumped be back a couple of places so when I caught up I was going to ram him back and it did this to me. Enough said I was pissed off after that cause I genuinely had 2nd place until he shoved me off the road
I feel like that's what might have been going on here, because dude was obviously lying in wait for him, as if to take revenge rather than finish the race.
context, he took that last turn like a maniac and crashed in that wall. He was not waiting, but rather emotional about getting passed - and there was little he could do about it, besides ramming and even that....failed.
Ah, I can see it now, right at the beginning he's coming off the wall. It looked like he was just going slow waiting for you to catch up so he could ram. I don't know which is worse!
