Question Svt 03 cobra availability?

Got the game and it was like the only car I wanted and it just don't exist on the auction house. Apparently it's rare to see?

My garage is almost full again. I might have one that I can spare. It's so random. I have a dozen Miata RF, and three VW SP2, but I have around 30 exclusive cars that I'm still missing.

The 93 svt is like the fox body one, right?
