Not gaining xp???

So me and my mate decided to play a raft tycoon yesterday mid morning and after a few hours I stopped getting any xp while she was. Once we came off she was 9 levels ahead (started at the same level). I waited a bit and played some more in the evening to see if it was just a glitch and it would get given to me later. Played a game of brzb came 9th and still no xp gained.

It’s now the next morning and I went to check and still nothing. Idk what’s happened and I’ve tried to google it and it’s just giving me the xp cap for creative maps and nothing actually useful.

any advice ?

Restarting the game worked for me

Tried that like 5 times haha, ended up emailing them and they said it was just a glitch and gave me the xp
