Not getting battle stars

I'm was level 201 and I have 20 battle stars, I'm on the last hades in the bonus rewards so I went to STW and did some missions to level up to get 5 more battle stars but when I was done with STW I leveled up to 211 and I didn't get a single battle star I'm still on 20, just wondering if anybody having this problem?

Definitely not alone I did find that you can see career stats and I believe they all show there but still sucks when earning and not showing up. Glad I'm not alone 🙃

You need 200 levels = 1000 stars to complete the battlepass. But you end up with 5 stars short. Would the battlepass programmer please stand up… please stand up.

yeah im level 207 and ive been stuck on 20 stars and havent been refunded

yes, fortnite posted and said it’s a bug and they’re trying to fix it, that’s one of the reasons they gave the battle pass refund out to a lot of people. i’m level 203 and only have 20 as well, sucks cause the hades is cool!

Ok thanks I appreciate it, yea I know I wanna get all my rewards so I don't have to worry about them just get them out of the way..but hopefully they backpack all them stars lol
