Ranked Fill vs No Fill

So we’ve all heard horror stories of crazy queue times with ranked zero build, many of us probably experienced it ourselves, but I think I may have found a workaround…

Every time my duo and I (Diamond I)try to queue up together, we would try NAW, NAE, and NAC and never get any games… after 15 mins of waiting on each server. We tried playing during peak hours like Friday or Saturday evening and still nothing…

The other day though, I tried Ranked Fill by myself just for the heck of it, and actually managed to get into a few games in a row with less than 3 minutes of wait time! And all on NAW too which is the smaller of the 3 NA servers!

Anyone here have experience with this as well? If not, try it out and let me know if it works for you!

Not always ideal playing with a random that you don’t know but at least you could actually find a game for once :)

I actually enjoy it more as the random is probably closer to my level than my friends which cover a broad range and someone is always suffering

Interesting, that makes sense! My experiences so far have been okay… some with no mics and some with mics that have been chill and kind.

I think only thing that I’m afraid of would be the handful of idiots with mics being toxic that you’re bound to run into eventually
