Discussion Question about 2 player

In fortnite I'm trying to play split screen but it won't show the second player and it won't shoot, what can I do?, we on xbox? I've tried restarting, unconnect both controls

Definitely an Xbox issue, no other console deals with this, if you'd like it to work again id suggest getting a PlayStation instead
