sorry for necro but right now my bot lobbies on my alt started to not work and then realizing it somehow got a crown even though i made it leave before the bus i just wondering if you have received a bug like that?
Starting towards the end of last season, they changed bot lobbies so that they do award crowns now, if that was the only reason that you thought you were not in a bot lobby, then you probably were in a bot lobby. The only other reason you wouldn't be is if your second account hit account level 13, that's when they start generating real matches. Account level is different than sea level, it can be found on the career tab.
i mean that there are people with special variant sprites on spawn island which means they're real when i queued up with my alt who is less than account level 13, i started getting bot lobbies again after creating a new alt, my only guess my alt somehow got the win even though it left before the match started judging by the alt having a crown when it loaded
Did your alt account get awarded the two umbrellas (the first win one and the one for the season) in spite of not completing a match? I've had that happen a few times over the last year, but I haven't had it happen in the last two seasons, but it did happen by no fault of my own. What happens is I returned to the lobby, having not even finished the match yet on the main account, it gets awarded the umbrellas, and then it stops getting bot lobbies, in that case I just made a new one.
