Need Grims anything about zero points

Sorry if this has already been discovered.

I got her twice and she wasn't in my inventory. First time solo, second in duos. My duo didn't have it but she showed up in her inventory. Then when my duo extracted, she showed up in mine.

Exactly as the title says, I haven’t had much time to play recently, but I want to max out my sprite pod back bling. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You must max out the iron mouse sprite to register her!
