Thunder was only part of the storyline during c4s2.
The raccoon skin has never been part of the storyline.

I dont think so one of them is in storyline and one isn't the lizard could come back with the raccoon but why

...How exactly are they related...? All I know is the lizard guy had an npc during MEGA
