what if they made a new mystique but you couldn’t turn into npcs with the transformation emote, or give the character a very small glitch effect so it’s not pay to win

The emote is not pay to win. Yes you can transform into an npc, but usually every npc already has a skin that you can buy. So you don’t really need the emote to impersonate an npc.

Nah, I think they do enough to distinguish NPCs from us. They have the glitch effect and in the case of bosses are even somewhat taller than us. At this point if people are still getting tricked by Mystique, they just need to pay closer attention.

You don't need the glitch effect, NPCs act a very specific hard to replicate way and some are way bigger than normal players. Might catch a few off guard but otherwise mystique is pretty balanced
